Da bomb is finished

Sam 10 Da Bomb 4

It was a lunchtime kick off as Joe confidently proclaimed he could beat Sam no matter what form he was in. It was however Sam who took the lead passing it comfortably between players and then finishing off from close range. A quick instinct shot made it 2-0 before Da Bomb pegged back a goal. A shot from outwide which came off Joe's keeper made it 3-1. However a couple of goals soon followed for the blues including a scorcher from his own half to draw it level at 3-3. A goal each made it 4-4. Then Sam produced a winner to take the lead at half time 5-4.

If the first half was close, the second half was one way traffic. Sam putting in a solid defensive display making several blocks with Joe's striker seemingly off the boil unable to really trouble the keeper. Persistent hammering at Joe's defence and keeper told though as Sam scored 5 goals without reply to take the match 10-4 and stop his losing streak against Da Bomb.

Before the match there had been inklings that Joe's team were over-rated and these murmurings are surely only going to get louder after this torrid display.
